My 2024 Reading Adventure

I want to share some of the details of the books I read in 2024. Let's dive in!

In 2024, I set a personal goal to read 26 books—I ended up meeting that goal by the end of September and exceeding it by 10 books for the year. The monthly breakdown looks like this:

I read books across several genres, with the most frequent being "Contemporary" and "Literary," followed by "Romance," "Historical," and "Dystopian."

The longest book I read was Wellness by Nathan Hill, which checks in at 624 pages. The shortest book I read was Dad's Runaway Butt! by Dawn McMillan and illustrated by Ross Kinnaird. The average length of the books I read was 325 pages and it took me around 5 days to finish each book.

I read books written by a number of different authors, but I read multiple works by: S.A. Cosby (4), Emily Henry (3), and Percival Everett (2).

The average rating that I gave to the books I read was 4.19 stars.
